Islam is a religion of peace and tolerance. That’s what many Muslims claim, supported by their lefty friends. Even President George W. Bush once stated something like this.

Yes, it would have been nice if that was true – we would’ve lived in a beautiful huggy-feely world. Unfortunately, the claim galls apart every time it confronts reality.

Case in point – Switzerland. It was reported that a group of lovely Muslims has started a campaign to get rid of the cross in the Swiss flag. Their argument is that the cross “no longer corresponds to today’s multicultural Switzerland.”

The head honcho of the campaign, one Ivica Petrusic, stated in an interview Petrusic said in an interview that the cross has a Christian background and while the Christian roots of Switzerland should be respected, “it is necessary to separate church and state” because “Switzerland today has a great religious and cultural diversity. One has to ask if the State wants to continue building up a symbol in which many people no longer believe.”

Let’s stop and think what’s going on here. In Switzerland the Muslims are a minority of about 400,000. Yet, as you can see, they think it’s nothing to spit on the national dignity of a great country, which has achieved everything it has with hard work, ingenuity and traditions, which date hundreds of years.

If anything deserves to be called vicious aggression, that campaign definitely should be it.

The campaign becomes even more disgusting, if you consider the fact that most of those Muslims immigrants came from Bosnia and Kosovo. They were accepted on compassionate grounds – through the hospitality of the Swiss government they got shelter, food, and generous welfare payments. And now they are biting the hand that fed (and still feeds) them…

It’s all a result of the Slick Willy’s fight against the Christians in Yugoslavia. For some misguided reason Clinton and his West European friends found it necessary to twist the truth about the civil war in that country.

The Serbs were portrayed as the ultimate villains and the Muslim atrocities were totally ignored. The false propaganda covered up the Muslim bomb provocation on the market of Sarajevo and blamed the terrorist act on the Serbs. That served as an excuse to bomb the Christians. Later on the fake genocide in Srebrenica was added to the arsenal of the anti-Christian propaganda tools.

Later on they applied the same trick in Kosovo. The highly exaggerated number of the people killed in the conflict, was used by Clinton to launch a military attack on Serbia. The atrocities of the Muslim Albanians were covered and it took many years to reveal how the terrorists tortured and killed Serb civilians (cutting off their heads and harvesting their organs).

During both campaigns, USA urged the European countries to accept Muslim refugees. Some (like Bulgaria and Romania) refused, but others (like Switzerland) accepted. Now they are reaping the fruits of their unfortunate decision. Kosovo has been for many years one of the major centres of drugs distribution in Europe. Many of the shady characters involved in the Albanian drug Mafia are now proud residents of Switzerland, raising its crime rate.

The two Muslim countries created with Uncle Bill’s help – Bosnia and Kosovo – are utter failures both economically and politically. The “refugees” who flooded Switzerland have no intention of returning to those hellholes. Instead, they prefer to “reform” their adopted homeland.

This is not the first Islamist attack against Switzerland – last year the country successfully resisted the attempts to start building minarets at the mosques.

I am sure that there are Swiss Muslims, who really want to live in peace and respect the country, which has done so much for them. However, like every totalitarian ideology, Islam requires full submission. There are more than enough aggressive Islamists, who would try to impose their view point on the moderates.

Let’s hope that the Swiss are watching carefully what’s going on. They are a resilient people and have gone through more than enough of adversities. It would be a pity if they, if they allow their country to turn into a smaller version of Saudi Arabia.

It was a rocky week at the United Nations, dominated by the Palestinians’ offensive to bully their way into statehood.

Aside from the frantic diplomatic work behind the scenes, focused on advancing the viewpoints of the both opposing sides, we were treated to many speeches by world leaders. We even witnessed some genuine action – the people of the Turkish Prime Minister Erdogan got into a real fight with the security of UN. Obviously, the Sultan of the New Ottoman Empire wanted to remind the kaffirs who calls the shots.

The “historic” speech of the Palestinian “President” Mahmoud Abbas (whose term had expired long time ago) was nothing more than the usual whining about the “plight” of his people, mixed with meaningless phrases designed to avoid the discussion of any real issues about how his organization sabotaged every attempt to resolve the conflict through negotiations.

The little madman from Tehran, who employs the worst barber and tailor in the world, managed to attack in his speech again every Western value.

With his speech Barack Obama reminded everybody why he is totally unfit to be the President of the USA. His wishy-washy presentation, which he read, was carefully crafted to present no real opinion. While giving a lip service to the cause of Israel, he was careful not to offend his newfound Muslim friends.

It was sad to watch the leader of the once most powerful country in the world speak like a Swedish Green hippy.  I don’t know who advises him, but the advice he gets is bad – by trying to stay in the middle with no opinion, he is guaranteed to be disliked by both conservatives and lefties.   

Sadly, the Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was the only one to bring up clearly all the issues the other leaders carefully avoided. It was an emotional speech, which showed his strong personal position behind the questions discussed.

He bluntly pointed out the real intentions of the Palestinians, which they hide behind the peace mask:

“President Abbas just said on this podium that the Palestinians are armed only with their hopes and dreams. Yeah, hopes, dreams and 10,000 missiles and Grad rockets supplied by Iran, not to mention the river of lethal weapons now flowing into Gaza from the Sinai, from Libya, and from elsewhere.”

Then he went on to state the real issue Israel had with the Palestinian behaviour – the Arabs never wanted to give any guarantees about the safety of Israel. They don’t even want to acknowledge the Jewish state. While over a million Arabs live in that country, who are citizens, Abbas pledged that when the Palestinian state is established, he won’t allow a single Jew to live there.

That hostility is precisely the issue, which doesn’t allow the Palestinian leadership to be trusted. When coupled with the pathological anti-Semitism in the Muslim countries surrounding Israel, it is impossible to believe in the good intentions of the Palestinians if they don’t offer any tangible steps to resolve the security issue.

Every concession that the Jewish state has made, had been seen as a weakness and mercilessly exploited by the Palestinians. When the army withdrew from Gaza completely, it was taken over by the fanatics from Hamas, which resulted in thousands of rockets sent into Israeli territory.

If the Palestinians achieve the same independence in Judea and Samaria, that means even more problems. The terrorists will be able to shoot easily at Tel Aviv and Jerusalem. The promise that it would never happen is just a bunch of empty words – the Palestinian leadership has never, ever kept its word.

At first sight, such an attitude looks bizarre – PLO has rejected several offers made by Israel, which would’ve provided them with everything they wanted. However, the attitude becomes perfectly understandable when you look at it from the point of view of the real Palestinian goal, which is the destruction of Israel.

The other Arab nations tried to achieve that goal several times and the Palestinians are not different. Why should they accept peaceful solution, if they are sure that they’ll get the whole country? Of course, such a position is delusional, but most of their leaders are stubborn enough to perpetuate it.

They used to follow every power, which would promise help in the destruction. In the 1970’s Arafat was a secularist, true to the Soviet Union. He also sought the support of secular Arab leaders like Gaddafi and Saddam Hussein.  When in 1990 he supported the Iraqi aggression against Kuwait that caused the suffering of hundreds of thousands of his own people, who were expelled from the Arab countries.

 When communism collapsed and it became clear that the secular help would not work, the Palestinians turned to the Muslim fanatics. That’s how Hamas became so powerful.

At the same time Palestinians are trying to delegitimize Israel through falsifying its history. With the help of the useful lefty idiots and organizations like UNESCO, they make pathetic attempts to deny the long and unquestionable record of the Jewish presence in the Holy Land.

Last year UNESCO went as far as denying the Jewish character of ancient Israeli holy sites. The old terrorist Abbas went even further and denied the historical and religious importance of the Western Wall for the Jews.

I am not sure if the Palestinian leaders sincerely think that they can destroy Israel, but the impasse caused by their stubbornness affirms their image of victims, which results in hundreds of millions of dollars sent to them, most of which end up in their personal banking accounts.

At the same time, millions of ignorant Palestinians are led to believe by the PLO and Hamas propaganda that the destruction of Israel is the only path toward solution of all their problems. Many of them still live as “refugees” in other Arab countries. They are used like pawns by their Arab hosts to discredit Israel and aggravate the conflict. And those are supposedly their Muslim “brothers”. Imagine what the outcry would be if Canada treated refugees the same way…

The West pretends that it doesn’t notice the absurd situation. The refusal of the Palestinians to recognize Israel is not the only problem they have. They can’t even stop quarrelling with each other before demanding statehood – there is no real reconciliation between Gaza and the West Bank.

The fact that the whole circus is played at the United Nations is a good indication of the bias and uselessness of that organization. Founded by delusional politicians to serve as a beacon for mankind’s progress, now UN is a cesspool of corruption and hatred controlled by the Muslim fanatics from OIC and the African dictators. Yet 75% of its budget comes from the contributions of five civilized countries, which often are attacked by the backward countries, which keep most of the budget money.

But the Muslims and their Western supporters fail to notice a very important fact – Israel must survive regardless of the sinister political games of UN. Simply there’s no other option. The demolition of the Jewish state would bring the same disaster that happened seventy years ago (especially when you consider the frightening levels of the modern anti-Semitism).

When a country is in a position of life or death, losing is out of the question. Israel is in such position. The troubling results of the “Arab spring” are more fanaticism and war, democracy is as far from the Arab countries as ever.

Israel must be supported, because the Muslim hostility that threatens it is going to turn against the West very soon.

That shouldn’t be difficult – it’s impossible to miss the hijab. She sticks out like a sore thumb among the other people around her, each one dressed in Western style.

Under normal circumstances, it would be possible to turn a blind eye on such a woman in the name of “diversity”. But those are not normal circumstances – the picture was taken recently in Germany during the official visit of the Turkish president Abdullah Gul. It shows him with the German President and his wife. The woman with the hijab is Gul’s wife, the “First Lady” of Turkey.

It’s ironic to see her dressed like that, considering the fact that her husband went to Germany to convince the sceptical Chancellor Merkel that Turkey is fully qualified and deserving to become a part of the European Union. The appearance of Mrs. Gul very much summarizes the situation in that country – while its leaders are talking about joining the Western civilization, their actions are pushing the country toward the Muslim fanaticism.

That’s the sad end of a fascinating social experiments – turning a backward Islamic country into a modern secular state.

It didn’t work…

When decades ago Mustafa Kemal Ataturk took upon himself the monumental task of reforming Turkey, it was clear to him that he had to get rid of the Islamic influence and symbols, if his project were to be successful. He banned all veils, niqabs and hijabs.

A few years ago, when the Islamist Erdogan and his protégé Gul took upon themselves the task of dismantling the Kemalist secularism, the return of the hijab was one of the most important parts of their sabotage.  Having Mrs. Gul walk with her hijab in the Presidential mansion probably makes Ataturk spin in his grave.

Her hijab is only the tip of the transformation. Under Erdogan, the army, which was the guarantor of secularism, turned into an impotent servant of his Islamic ambitions. All generals who objected the process of Islamization were ousted and persecuted.

Turkey turned away from the West and Israel. For Erdogan it is more important to impress the Muslim barbarians in the area than to keep his country progressing.  The vigour with which he attacked Israel over the last year’s Gaza flotilla confrontation shows how deeply involved Turkey was in that provocation. Sending Turkish terrorists, who tried to kill Israeli soldiers, was intended to discredit Israel and elevate the image of Turkey.

Erdogan is even trying to cultivate his image of a defender of Islam. In a TV interview with Charlie Rose last week, when asked about the moderate Islam, he reiterated his opinion that the term makes him uncomfortable. In his opinion, there is only one Islam and everybody, who commits crimes in the name of Islam, is not Muslim. He even added that since anti-Semitism was considered “crime against humanity”, Islamophobia must be treated the same way.

I question Erdogan’s ability to think rationally. His loyalty to his fake cult is so strong that he forgets reality. Turkey wants to be a regional military power (they even threaten Israel with attacks), yet their weapons and military equipment are supplied entirely by the USA and Israel. The Turkish economy depends entirely on the orders from the West. A confrontation with the West won’t bring anything good. Turkey is incapable of developing independent economy with the millions of illiterates in its population.

Erdogan’s new friends, the Arab countries, will not be able to provide a substitute for the lost positions in the West. For centuries, the Arabs haven’t developed anything on their own in the fields of industry and science.

It is difficult to understand the motivation of the Turkish Prime Minister. The only plausible explanation is that he wants to restore the former “glory” of the genocidal Ottoman Empire. That empire was the stronghold of the vile Muslim cult in Europe for centuries. It was directly responsible for the extermination of millions of Greeks, Serbs, Bulgarians, Armenians and Kurds.

But Erdogan is a few centuries late in his attempt to revive the empire. “The times they are a-changin’.” Europeans are cautious and most of them are well aware what can be expected from the influx of tens of millions of Muslim fanatics. Germany has a first-hand experience with its millions of Turks, who have no intention of integrating and their mosques are their first priority.

Of course there are countries like England, which want Turks in Europe, but they have always supported the murderous empire. England was the country, which defended the genocide against the Bulgarians in 1876. For some reason, they forget that Turkey is not a European country – the small patch of land they have in Europe was actually stolen from Greece and Bulgaria.

Then what was Mrs. Gul’s hijab doing in Germany?

Well, the intention was to ensure its fellow Turkish hijabs in Germany that they can scoff in the face of the West and mooch off their social benefits system. It also intended to warn all Turks, who wanted to integrate and embrace the European values, that their original country doesn’t like that a bit.

It was an incredible evening – over 3,000 people attended tonight the rally at the Canada Christian College. Organized by B’nai Brith, its purpose was to express the protest of those who stand for Israel against the unilateral declaration of Palestinian statehood.

The hall was completely packed, the balcony was full and despite the fact that they brought in extra chairs, there were many people who had to stand the whole time. That was a real multicultural event, with people from every race and many nationalities represented in Toronto, all of them united for a great cause.

The common thread in all speeches was the full support for the sovereignty of the state of Israel. It was stated that we need to take a firm stand against all the forces, which a trying to destroy Israel.

This morning a large group of Vietnamese Canadians organized a protest in front of the Chinese Consulate in Toronto.

The reason for the demonstration was the Chinese aggressive politics in South China Sea. China has claimed ownership of all the islands in the area since 1947. Although that policy is directed against most of the countries surrounding the sea, Vietnam has been its major victim. China claims ownership over the Paracel Islands, which have been ruled by Vietnam since the XVII century.

Despite that fact that both countries are ruled by communists, they clashed over the issue twice – in 1974 and 1988 – and in both cases Vietnam suffered substantial losses of soldiers and sailors.

The Toronto Vietnamese were unhappy with both governments, waving the old South Vietnamese flags.

This is not some kind of an isolated incident. China has a similar policy toward most of its neighbours. Last year it provoked clash with Japan over the Sengaku Island, which caused protests in Japan.

It is not hard to figure out why they are doing that – China wants to take control over the large underwater deposits of natural gas.  On the other hand, in the post-communist world, where there is no more balance of power, we will be seeing more and more conflicts of that kind.

If we add in the mix the active work of Comrade Obama to nullify the US influence in South-East Asia, the picture becomes more than scary. What could go wrong with a communist government armed with nuclear weapons, which is trying to protect its power from internal and foreign “enemies”?

Despite all the protests, the Muslim prayers at the Valley Park Middle School are still going strong due to the contempt of the Toronto District School Board (TDSB) for the traditional values of Canada.  Today a large group of Muslims gathered in front of the TDSB offices to celebrate.

They advertised the event as a victory for tolerance. Nothing is farther than the truth – just look at the picture below. Nothing speaks tolerance better than a niqab Muslima holding a sign TDSB – We appreciate your work, with the little Miss TDSB-Hezbollah behind her (the Miss recently attended an anti-Semitic eventat Queen’s Park).

 

If the work that TDSB did made a woman, who looks like a Saudi gargoyle, like them, there is something profoundly wrong with the bureaucrats who run our country.

And what about the slogan Beautiful Diversity Thanks to TDSB? What could be more convincing than seeing the sign held by two hijab girls, one of whom raises her fist like a wannabe Hamas bomber? And what’s the deal with the hippy signs? How do they fit in with the hijab? The imam should have looked better before approving the sign.

 

 

JDL and other organizations held a counter event to show that there are people who still don’t think that putting our schools under Muslim control is a good idea. The events were heavily guarded by the police and both groups were separated by a fence.

The good Muslim people were even treated to recitations of the Koran, courtesy of JDL. Strangely, they booed, even though Rob made sure to add “peace be upon him” after each time old Mo’s name was mentioned.

 

A nice surprise was the presence of the Muslim activist Mubin Shaikh. I am not sure which side he was on, but he spent almost all the time in the JDL sector.

 

 

There was a lot of yelling and chanting on the Muslim side. When they advertised the event, they asked everybody who plays musical instrument to bring it. There wasn’t a single instrument (if you don’t count the whistles). It’s no wonder – there are not many fatwas in defence of music.

In a short, but emotional speech, Meir Weinstein, Director of JDL, emphasized the danger of Islamicism. That radical doctrine has as its purpose the destruction not only of Israel, but also of the Western civilization at large. The Muslim radicalism is trying to get a foothold at any institution that can be transformed for its purposes. The careless way in which that invasion is handled in Canada endangers not only Christians and Jews, but also the ordinary Muslims, who came here to escape from fanaticism.

There are only a few weeks left to the provincial elections and yet the candidates of the major parties pay very little attention to the spread of Islamic fanaticism in our schools. Isn’t it time that we reminded them who they work for?

You may remember that over a month ago a Toronto journalist was assaulted by a rabid Muslim woman in the heart of the city. She punched him in the face for taking pictures. I wrote about the incident and I was upset that the police officers present at the scene refused to file a complaint. Despite that, I was confident that the whole problem will be resolved at a higher level.

Well, guess what – I was wrong. Tonight Menzies appeared on SUN TV and from the interview it became clear that the punch in the face was just the beginning of his ordeal.

The police practically refused to cooperate with him – they didn’t give him the video from the surveilance cameras, the copy of the policeman’s notebook they gave him was censored. On top of that, instead of taking into account his point of view about the encounter, he was interrogated for over an hour by hostile police officers. Since they didn’t give him almost any of the information needed to pursue the case, now he can’t procede with it.

I am totally confused – whom is our police supposed to serve? We have a peaceful citizen beaten in broad daylight by a crazy Muslim over a weird Muslim custom and the assailant gets the full protection of the cops.

Do we live in Toronto or in Kabul? Isn’t that the way the sharia police in Afghanistan or Saudi Arabia would behave?

Just a few short years, the police let a gang of Indian (Native) criminals in Caledonia to beat up and terrorize the local people for many weeks. Not a single one of them was arrested and prosecuted, in fact they still occupy illegally large part of the town.

Is this the future our politicians are preparing for us in Toronto? McGuinty, Hudak, Ford? Is anybody listening?

Next week the terrorist Abu Mazen (a.k.a. the “Palestinian President” Mahmud Abbas) is heading to New York to get independence for his “country”, which he co-rules with Hamas.

There was a rally today in front of the Israeli Consulate in Toronto urging Canada to support Abu Mazen’s scheme. Judging from the flyers they were giving away, the event was organized by Women in Solidarity with Palestine and the International Jewish Anti-Zionist Network.

As you can see, despite the efforts, those organizations managed to bring in a frightening crowd of six people (including the token Arab).

Don’t forget that this Sunday allthose who realize the real threat of the Palestinian terrorism will have the chance to raise their voices.

Dear friends,

Please join us this Saturday for a counter protest  against the TDSB which continues to allow Muslims prayers during regular school hours while prohibiting Christians and others from practising their faith. A cafeteria in one of the public schools in Toronto is converted into a mosque every Friday where an imam comes in and leads the prayers. They recite surah 1 of the Qur’an which curses Jews and Christians (this surah is recited by faithful Muslims at least 17 times a day).

This is a fight for your children and grandchildren. If things proceed the way they are going shariah law (Islamic law) will begin to spread across Canada. You see it happening in Europe today. We need to band together against this. If the Lord’s Prayer cannot be recited any longer in our public schools then no prayers should be allowed.

The Ontario Premier Dalton McGuinty is more than determined to show that in the current election campaign he doesn’t give a damn about the interests of the Ontarians.

In a vote-getting scheme, he announced that his party was going to provide $10,000 tax credit to companies willing to give jobs to foreign-trained workers. Since the information was released, the details of the scheme changed several times. Now it involves new Canadian citizens who have been here for five years.

That would be hard to pull off, because not that many people can go through the citizenship process within five years from their arrival. Nevertheless, McGuinty’s transparent gimmick aims at winning more of the coveted immigrant votes in Toronto.

That’s not the first time he has done something like that – last year he announced another program to serve foreigners. His government was going to provide $30 million to finance students from the People’s Republic of China, who want to study in Ontario. Of course, to him bringing in more spies is not a big deal.

When the Conservative leader Tim Hudak criticized the tax credit, McGuinty jumped on him like a pit bull. Hudak was right to consider that affirmative action – there are more than enough specialists trained in Ontario, who would be able to do the jobs. Discriminating against them by providing a bribe to companies to hire less qualified people is horrible.

If the newcomers are really qualified, they would be hired without the necessity to pay that bribe.

But in the Liberal world reality doesn’t matter – McGuinty considered Hudak’s position “xenophobic” and demanded an apology on behalf of the “wronged” newcomers.

For those who follow the Ontario politics that’s just another case of déjà vu.  Point in case – last year’s mayoral election in Toronto. During one of the debates, the issue of immigration came up.

Rob Ford, the most realistic and down-to-earth candidate, calmly stated that Toronto has neither the infrastructure, nor the money to accommodate the huge influx of new immigrants.

The lefty clowns running against him jumped on him just like McGuinty did. Rocco Rossi and McGuinty’s lapdog George Smitherman confronted him outside of the building. I am not sure if they wanted to beat him up.

The socialist Joe Pantalone said he was sorry for Toronto, because under Ford there would be no more of that wonderful diversity he was used to.

In the end, Ford won by a landslide and yet I don’t see any fewer of those third-world people, who barely speak English and let me learn more about their cuisine from the smell of their clothes and cabs. It looks like our wonderful diversity is intact.

And that’s the main issue – neither Hudak, nor McGuinty have given any indication about how they would help the Ontarians. We don’t want that much – we know that the government consists in the most part of incompetent idiots (and not all of them are appointed through the affirmative action).

All we want is not to tax us to death to pay for useless “green” utopias and squander our money on people who are neither willing nor capable of adapting to our culture.

Do you think that anybody is listening? No? Neither do I.

The affirmative action will stay with McGuinty until we pry it from his cold dead hands (metaphorically speaking, of course).

It has been reported that the Nature Protection Service and the police in the Catalan city of Lérida have acknowledged that they are investigating the deaths by poisoning of at least 15 dogs in the La Bordeta district of the city. La Bordeta is known for its dense  population of immigrants, many of them followers of Islam. There are also reports of dog owners being threatened and harassed by Muslims while taking their pets for a walk.

That shouldn’t be a surprise to anybody who reads this blog. Islam has a centuries-long hostility toward dogs, which is well documented in their literature. The false prophet Mo is on record in those books that when one his grandsons brought a puppy to their house, Mo refused to enter until the puppy was removed.

Dogs are faithful and noble animals, who repest you and would never betray you (and that’s why they are my favourite animals). That is the exact opposite to the Muslim hordes who pretend to be peaceful until they are able to take over. That’s the situation so many European countries are suffering – and the extermination of dogs is just the beginning.

Yesterday, the blog Sassy Wire broke the story about an appalling anti-Semitic remark  allegedly made by a York University professor during his class.

That doesn’t surprise me – I’ve had the questionable “honour” of observing how the Jewish students were treated when the psychotic terrorist supporter George Galloway was invited to speak at York U.

Poor Fidel Castro – he is one of the rare cases of a dictator who managed to outlive his monstrous creation.  Lenin and Stalin died long before the communist system collapsed, which I guess left them with the satisfaction that the millions of people they killed somehow contributed to their utopia.

At the age of nearly 90, Fidel is forced to watch the crumbling of La Revolucion. The great promises, for which thousands were killed or drowned in their attempts to reach the USA, ended with the collapse of the Soviet Union, the major benefactor of Castro’s gang.

Although Castro retired, the ancient revolutionaries around him are desperately trying to salvage what’s left of Territoria Libre de America. It is difficult, because the 1957 Cadillacs are the most reliable way of transportation, followed by the donkey buggies and whichever Soviet cars that survived the tropical climate. The individual small business is still limited to street stalls and prostitution.

I was reminded of that sad reality when recently I came across a set of propaganda pictures released to show the resilience of the revolutionary leadership. In a way, watching those people, who still cling to power, could take you back to the times of Leonid Brezhnev and the old members of Politburo around him. People were betting on who of them was going to die first. But at least the Soviet Union of the time managed to maintain its façade of a powerful country, although it was already hollow on the inside.

The Cuban propaganda pictures can’t create even that illusion, because the Cuban revolution has been dead for years and you can feel the stench of its corpse from those photographs.

Here are Fidel and Raul with other members of the Central Committee, trying to look upbeat and optimistic, although it is not clear if anyone of them would live to see the next Party Congress:

It is sad to observe Castro being moved around like a live relic of the revolution, forcing people to listen to his “wisdom”. Here he meets Cuba’s intellectuals:

 

He even finds the strength to lecture other leaders. In this picture he is with the Venezuelan president Hugo Chavez. I don’t know if you can get any useful guidance from a communist rag like Granma, but with or without guidance Chavez is going to ruin his country in exactly the same way:

 

Castro even gives interviews to “progressive” journalists. Here he is with Mario Silva, right after the end of their interview. Look at his cool L.L. Bean look. But what’s the deal with that Puma jacket? Why should he wear a product of a German capitalist firm, which has its clothes made by underpaid workers in China and Vietnam? Doesn’t Fidel know that he is contributing to the exploitation of those poor chaps? Never mind, hypocrite and communist are synonyms.

 

And at last, look at his pictures with Carter. Rarely does one see two failures of such an epic calibre in the same picture. They are like two annoying ghosts from a past that almost everybody is trying to forget.

 

Actually, Rosalynn is the only one with some dignity, for the simple reason that she never had the chance to discredit herself to such an extent. To make sure that they are two of a kind, Carter is even wearing the trademark shirt worn by most Cuban communists (maybe Castro should try it instead of wearing a Puma).

Today, September 11, a coalition of Christian, Jewish and Hindu organizations held a candle light vigil to commemorate the massacre, which happened in New York ten years ago, and to protest against allowing Muslim prayers in public schools. In Toronto such prayers are conducted at Valley Park Middle School, there are similar schools in other parts of Ontario (in Alberta they even have a real madrasah, a publicly funded school under the complete control of Muslim fanatics).

Unlike the previous two events, this evening I didn’t see a single Muslim in front of the TDSB main office, where the event took place. The first two times, Muslims with different degrees of fanaticism did their best to disrupt the events. If it wasn’t for the police and JDL, they would’ve been successful. I suppose this time the Muslims were afraid to show up, because someone might have thought that they came to commemorate the memory of the victims of the Islamic terror.

That was one of the issues Meir Weinstein talked about in his opening remarks. He started with praise for the courage that Prime Minister Harper displayed when he stated that Islamicism is the major external threat that Canada faces.

 

He pointed out as an example two people, who were very active in the August protests. The first one was Omar Quyum, a teacher. He wrote an article defending the Islamic prayers in public schools. He is also a “volunteer” for NAMF (North American Muslim Foundation), which hosted “iftar lectures” featuring terrorism supporters:

In the end of August, Miss TDSB proudly attended the anti-Semitic rally organized by the shia organization CASMO, which took place at the steps of the Parliament in Queens Park, with the blessing of the McGuinty government.

(Sorry for going into details and photos, but after I covered the first two events a few Muslims tried to accuse me of lying, so the pictures need to appear again.)

Anyway, back to Meir’s speech. He pointed out that both of them have been highly praised on Islamist websites for fighting against secularism in the public schools. The same people and their other Muslim friends are organizing a “victory rally” on September 17 in front of the TDSB offices. It is our duty to show up and state our opinion against the destruction of our school system in Ontario.

The speakers, who followed, represented several different organizations: Canadian Hindu Advocacy, Egypt for Christ Ministry, Costa’s Christian Mission, Evangelical Asian Church, and other Christian groups.

They all considered it very important to confront the hijacking of our schools by Muslim extremism. Rev. Costa urged everybody to contact their MP and MPP – without pressure, the politicians are not going to do anything about the situation. They are too afraid of losing a few votes. Both Dalton McGuinty and Tim Hudak tried to distance themselves from the issue, claiming that it’s up to TDSB to decide what to do.

Ron Banerjee was alarmed by the soft jihad, which is penetrating the school system. A barbaric religion is trying to take over and replace our values and traditions, which took centuries to build. He pointed out at shocking information released by Fraser Institute – since the times of the Liberal governments, over 90% of the Muslim immigrants from countries like Afghanistan, Iraq, and Pakistan have not been subject to any detailed background check. We are probably exposed to dangers from people linked with terrorism. People with such ties should be hunted and stripped of their Canadian citizenship, the same way the Nazi war criminals were treated.

 

Two representatives of Pakistani Christian communities talked about their ordeal. They came to Canada to be free from rapes, murder and tortures, which are common tools of dealing with religious minorities in Pakistan.  Yet now they are faced with schools controlled by Muslim fanatics. One of them even asked: if Canada turns into Pakistan, is there any place where we could go?

 

We should listen to them – the Christians in the Muslim countries are those who REALLY know what persecution is. Most of the people who have spent their whole lives in the peaceful and sleepy Canada, often don’t understand how easy it is to ruin a country.

Frequently, in the name of misguided “multicultural” tolerance, we and our politicians are willing to compromise our values and traditions to accommodate medieval cultures and ideologies, which bring only destruction. There isn’t a single successful Muslim country in the world. Over the centuries, Islam has advanced through terror and aggression. Now, for the first time in history, a civilization is allowing Islam to take over without a fight. One doesn’t need to go farther than England to see the catastrophic results of such “multiculturalism”.

It is up to us to adhere to our traditions and values, and defend our civilization, if we don’t want to see the Nathan Philips Square turn into a field where sharia judges would perform stonings and beheadings.

Barely a day passes by without bringing new evidence that in not so distant future the Buckingham Palace will be occupied by the Grand Caliph of Britainistan, instead of Her Majesty the Queen. The speed with which Great Britain is discarding its traditional values is frightening.

Today in London, at Grosvenor Square, many people gathered to commemorate the 10^th anniversary of the Muslim terrorist atack in New York, which killed over 3,000 people. Many relatives of the British victims were present.

Yet the London authorities had absolutely no problems allowing a gang of Muslim savages from the organization Muslims Against Crusades to disrupt the event. Their leader Anjem Choudary, armed with a loudspeaker, hurled threats and insults at the people who lost their loved ones.

At the same time, the patriotic English Defense League (EDL) was forced to move to distant part of the area. All EDL wanted wreaths and flowers and express their opinions about the Muslim extremists.

It’s not a surprise why Great Britain is going down the tubes – if the authorities think that it is so important to provide the Muslim extremists with the opportunity to humiliate and insult peaceful citizens, there is something fundamentally wrong with such a country. Choudary wants to turn England into a sharia caliphate – judging from the support he gets, his goal looks very much achievable.

The complete capitulation of Western Europe to the demands of the Muslim barbarians is horrifying and disgraceful.  I wonder how much longer it would take before the ordinary people realize how catastrophic the situation is…

The survey of 1,500 Canadians, conducted over three days last week for the Montreal-based Association for Canadian Studies, showed 56 per  cent of respondents see Western and Muslim societies locked in an unending ideological struggle, while about 33 per cent — just one-third of the population — held out hope that the conflict will eventually be overcome.

Are you surprised at all? People are not as dumb as the mainstream media want to present them. They can figure out for themselves that the Muslim countries, shackled by their backward religion, have little chance to join the civilization.

Pretending that all cultures are the same is not going to fool the ordinary people, who still see the mortal danger coming from the Islamic ideology. Islam is more than willing to destroy our civilization, while the Western politicians look the other way.

Exactly ten years passed from that gruesome day of September 11, 2001, when a gang of 19 Muslim fanatics used four hijacked US airplanes to commit the worst mass murder in the history of the United States.

More than 3000 people of many nationalities, races and religions died that day. Many were burned alive, many jumped to their deaths from the Twin Towers to escape the fire, and the rest perished under the weight of the concrete and the steel, when the towers collapsed.

While most the world was watching in horror, the Palestinian savages danced in the streets of Gaza and the West Bank, celebrating the mass murder of the people who provide the welfare money, which pays for the existence of those parasites.

That shows why the Muslim cult is so dangerous.

So what did we learn from that tragedy? The German philosopher Georg W.F. Hegel once said that the only thing we learn from history is that we learn nothing from history.

Unfortunately, I must agree with him, especially when evaluating the actions of the politicians, which followed 9/11.

George W. Bush started two wars against the people who harboured terrorists. Maybe he had the good intentions of bringing democracy to Iraq and Afghanistan, but nothing good came out of that.

Now Afghanistan, a country at caveman-level, is ruled by Karzai and his crooks and there is no chance of democracy ever being established there. Iraq is in the same situation – Bush ousted the only person who could maintain some sort of order (there is no order without dictatorial power in any Arab country).

I don’t know if he was naïve or sincere, but he thought he could turn the country into a Western democracy. It’s not going to work – Iraq is an artificial country, which won’t survive a month without dictatorial rule. Even Joe Biden, during his presidential campaign, was telling everybody who would listen, that Iraq should be divided into three countries to avoid civil wars.

Bush should have bombed the countries and sealed them off, concentrating on the internal threats. He should have stopped Muslim immigration to the USA. Instead, Bush from the beginning got involved into the “healing and understanding” scam, claiming that Islam is a religion of peace, which is hopeless nonsense.

That attitude was mirrored by the lefties, who claimed that we were attacked because of the US foreign politics and we should accommodate Muslim in every possible way to avoid such attacks in the future. Those idiots could afford to say that – most of them never work and none of them was killed in the towers, like the company managers, workers, maintenance men, cleaners, janitors, firefighters, policemen, etc.

The Muslims took advantage of that fear and stupidity right away – obscure organizations like CAIR and many others presented themselves as middle men between the American people and the Muslim world. They collected tens of millions of dollars tax-free and funnelled large amounts to terrorist organizations like Hamas and Hezbollah.  Those fanatics blocked through courts all legitimate attempts of different states to stop the implementation of sharia law.

There were several terrorist plots within the USA which even the government was afraid to call what they are.

When the incompetent non-entity Barack Hussein Obama swindled his way into the White House, the Islamists found another staunch defender of their cult. Raised as a Muslim in Indonesia, Barry made sure that the US lost all of its positions of influence in the Middle East. He betrayed Israel, he betrayed his allies in Egypt and gave the whole area to the terrorists against whom he was supposed to fight.

Shady Muslims infiltrated his administration, for example Huma Abedin, Hillary Clinton’s top aide, whose parents are a part of the Saudi Islamist propaganda machine. We would’ve never known that if it wasn’t for Huma’s husband Anthony Weiner’s weakness of sending pictures of his wiener, which caused a scandal. Huma kept her position. How many more are in similar positions in the Obama administration?

Instead of respecting the sacred ground where the Twin Towers stood and thousands lost their lives, Obama and his New York cronies allowed a Muslim gang of a slum landlord imam, a financial swindler and insurance fraudster to build a victory mosque. The desecration of that place is one of the lowest points of his
useless presidency.

While Mubarak, the person who maintained peace in the Middle East for decades, lies in bed in a cage in a Cairo court, yesterday crowds of Muslim Neanderthals attacked the Israeli Embassy, and the police didn’t even attempt to stop them. Does that ring a bell? There is not much difference from the time when Carter abandoned the Shah of Iran and let Khomeini’s barbarians occupy the US Embassy in Tehran. Obama is well on his way to match Carter’s failures.

Obviously, his efforts to destroy the USA are highly appreciated – in a recent Pew Research Center poll, 56% of the American Muslims said that they were very
satisfied with the current direction of the country. Only 23% of the other Americans have the same opinion, but why should Barry care about them?!

The situation in Europe is not much better. Instead of being cautious about the danger, the sissy elites went out of their way to convince Muslims that they are nice and obedient. That ensured the safety of the bureaucrats of Brussels, but cost the lives of hundreds of their citizens killed by Islamic terrorism.

Tony Blair, who supposedly fought terror, allowed hundreds of thousands of semi-literate backward Muslims to immigrate to Great Britain. He provided them with large houses to accommodate all of their wives, generous welfare payments and sharia courts to ensure that they can practice their barbarism undisturbed. His wife Cherie made sure that the Islam is strongly entrenched in public schools. Her retarded sister Lauren Booth even converted to Islam and became one of the strongest supporters of the Hamas terrorists. What happened in that family, summarizes very well the decay of the European political class.

Rampant anti-Semitism is a norm in many European countries (like Sweden and Norway) conveniently disguised as an acceptance of the “cultural norms” of the Muslim immigrants.

Canada is not that far behind – the desire to look nice and accommodating provided a fertile ground for the Muslim religious aggression. Muslim fanatics started to press for establishing sharia courts like in England. They were supported by many lefties and it was up to a group of Muslim women, who went
through the sharia nightmare, to lead the struggle against that primitive ideology. By some miracle, the Premier McGuinty decided that the religious court is not acceptable. I say miracle, because only a few years later, he called Islam a “beautiful, peaceful and loving faith.” He also didn’t object to Muslim prayers conducted in Toronto public schools (and supposedly our school system is secular). I guess anything goes, if he wants to get a few more Muslim votes.

Just two weeks ago, the McGuinty government allowed a gang of Muslim fanatics to conduct a rally right in front of the Parliament, where they condemned the Canadian and the US governments. The anti-Semite Zafar Bangash even called Israel a “cancer” that should be removed.

The rally was organized by CASMO, a Canadian shia Muslim organization, which worships Ayatollah Khomeini and has posted anti-Semitic videos on its website. Influential politicians like the late NDP leader Jack Layton and Barbara Hall, the head of the Ontario Human Rights commission, received awards from that organization.

And they didn’t disappoint – Jack Layton insisted on negotiations with the Taliban and bringing back to Canada that piece of garbage named Omar Khadr. Barbara Hall went against Maclean’s magazine and Mark Steyn just because they criticized Islam. She was even willing to expand the hate crime definition to accommodate Muslims.

I know – everything I said looks too pessimistic… It looks like we are condemned to go through the same tragedies all over again. At least that’s what all of those politicians are trying to push us into – Barack Hussein Obama, Hillary Clinton, Bloomberg, McGuinty, Layton, Hall and countless others. They are more than willing to sell their souls to gain the approval of a bunch of sadistic criminals.

But what gives me hope is that they are not us – if we maintain our common sense and think for ourselves, their schemes would eventually fall apart. They’ll have nobody left to deceive.

So let’s use that day for contemplation on which actions and values would make us strong as a civilization. (And I can assure you that the acceptance of a medieval Arab cult is NOT one of them.)

Our Dear Liberal Leader Dalton McGuinty is obviously not used to confronting dissenters in a rational way.

Today, the lefty rag Metro (in which Dalton bought a full-page cover ad) reported a mishap, which happened when our Premier was about to make a propaganda appearance at Markville Secondary School in Markham (that’s just outside of Toronto).

It looks like a teacher, representative of the mighty union that McGuinty lavished with countless amounts of taxpayers’ money for doing nothing, decided to protect the beloved benefactor. According to a tweet of the TVO host Steve Paikin, present at the event, the teacher asked all anti-Liberal students to leave the event. Six of them left. To strengthen his loyalty, the teacher then called those who left “anarchists”.

After that Paikin clarified his tweets, the teacher actually said: “If you’re anti-liberal and you don’t think you can control your urge to heckle, you can leave.”

When everything was said and done and the event closed, the Liberal Party campaign felt it was necessary to say that they didn’t give any instructions to any school officials about how to react.

Was that really necessary to say? Everybody knows that no loyal member of the Teachers’ Union would let the goose that lays golden eggs be inconvenienced in any way. Without Comrade McGuinty, those overpaid people may need to put some real effort in teaching so that their students could learn something.

Let’s get rid of McGuinty in this election…

Did you know that in Alberta they have a madrasah operated with the government blessing within the public education system? The recent revelation that in Toronto there is a school, which allows Muslim prayers during school hours, caused fierce debates.

The Sakinah Circle School in Edmonton is much worse – it is an educational institution under full Islamic control – there are not only prayers, but the whole curriculum is supposed to represent the “Qur’anic worldview”.

I learned about it from an article in Globe and Mail titled A New School of Thought. The online version is quite short. I read the larger version in the printed edition. Designed to make us excited about the marvellous accomplishments of the OISE-style public education, the article introduces us to a few weird
schools.

For example, in Toronto we have an Africentric Alternative School. Shouldn’t that be considered racist by the Human Rights Commissions? What if somebody started a Whitecentric Alternative School? How do you teach Africentric physics and math? Maybe in Ebonics?

There is also a Skateboard School, which has skateboarding and street-art focus. That’s even more stupid – with Mayor Ford’s hostility towards graffiti, I am not sure how far the street artists would go.

And then we have the madrasah in Edmonton. The previous two schools are not that dangerous – they may provide an incomplete education, which would force the graduates to look later on for places that teach real skills.

However, Sakinah Circle is a completely different animal. The Islamic schools are conduit for imposing the Muslim values on the West. They usually prevent the integration of Muslims in the Western societies. Madrasahs also receive a very strong moral (and often material) support from the reactionary Islam of Saudi Arabia and could spread further once a precedent is created.

That Islamic educational institution is located in Grace Martin Elementary School, 8210 – 36 Avenue, Edmonton, Alberta, T6K 0C7.

Don’t get me wrong – I am not totally against such schools. They are fine as long as the instruction takes place after the regular school hours, paid for by the particular religious community. During the regular school hours, the students must receive education that would allow them to function in harmony with the other people in Canada – this won’t be possible without a secular curriculum common for all schools of Canada.

This is not what we find here. As you’ll see below, Sakinah Circle is under total Islamic control. We don’t have similar Christian or Jewish schools in Canada – all of them follow the official curriculum and teach religion as an additional subject.

Sakinah Circle would be the equivalent of a school attached to a monastery during the Dark Ages in Europe. That might still be the case in some eccentric Mormon community, but the problem is that in Edmonton the taxpayers foot the bill for that medieval-style institution.  The organizers may argue whether their bias is so strong, but you’ll find out what they stand for in their own programs and documents quoted below.

In a board report, presented when Sakinah project was about to expand (initially it was a homeschooling program), this is how the members pitched the idea in 2010:

Proposed Program: The Sakinah Circle alternative program links the Alberta Program of Studies learning outcomes to the Mission and Vision Statement (Appendix I) for the program by appropriately integrating Qur’anic content and Islamic concepts…

Carefully prepared classroom and outdoor learning activities are used to connect students with their natural world and their Creator. This connection is the foundation for encouraging conscientious choices for a wholesome lifestyle. Arabic as a second language instruction, with emphasis on communication and understanding, supports and extends knowledge of the teachings of the Qur’an. The intent is to enable the students to develop an authentically Islamic personality and become a contributing member of the Canadian and world community. Sakinah Circle is nondenominational and non-proselytizing and seeks to reflect the diversity of the community. The program includes a shortened lunch hour. The time accrued enables the Society to provide learning opportunities for the technical study of the Qur’an during non-instructional time.

Parents seeking enrolment for their child(ren) will be asked to sign a commitment of their support for the vision, mission and integrated objectives of the program.

They propose total immersion in Islam, with a goal of developing an Islamic personality, with learning Arabic and the Koran. I can’t understand how you can consider this a “nondenominational and non-proselytizing” institution.

And then comes the explanation about how the program would be implemented:

…Learning at Sakinah Circle is sustained and nourished by daily prayers, morning assembly and memorization and recitation of Qur’an. Periodic visits by guest speakers and emphasis on community service further enrich the learning experience of the students. Activities are meaningful and the goal is to transform learners through character development and the attainment of spiritual courtesy and etiquette. Students and teachers at Sakinah Circle are expected to dress for learning in accordance with the principles of the Islamic worldview – with
modesty, comfort, simplicity and dignity for oneself and for others.

… Curriculum documents for Sakinah Circle address the outcomes of the K-6 Alberta Programs of Study. Units of study are approached thematically, integrating Qur’anic content, Islamic concepts, and Prophetic Tradition where appropriate, to enrich the worldview central to the Islamic way of life. To do this, thematic statements are identified for each General Outcome in each grade level of the Program of Study.

In the end of the document they list specific examples of indoctrination, where Islam would be interwoven into the curriculum. That’s not much different than an Afghani madrasah – daily prayers, memorizing and reciting the Koran, Islamic dress code (does that include burqas?), and outside speakers. Who would be invited as speakers? Judging from the convictions of the people who control Sakinah, those speakers could hardly be trusted.

Apparently, the principles were implemented exactly, because here is no difference between this proposal and the current reality of the school, the way it is explained on their website:

Who is behind that school? The materials available online show that it’s an organization called Muslim Education Foundation (MEF), which is registered in Alberta. It provides the spiritual guidance and advice for running the school. Years ago, an organization with a similar name (Muslim Education Fund) was indicted in the Holy Land terrorist financing case. For the sake of the government of Alberta, I HOPE the Albertan MEF has no links with the American organization. Their vision is reflected in the principles upon which the school is organized:

Origin of the Initiative

Sakinah Circle has grown out of a specific vision of education based on the Qur’anic worldview developed by the Muslim Education Foundation (MEF)—a society registered with Alberta Registrar of Corporations. Articulated in considerable detail in Concentric Circles: Nurturing Awe and Wonder in Early Learning: A Foundational Approach (2006), this approach to holistic learning, grounded in Islamic spiritual and intellectual tradition, has received enthusiastic response from Edmonton’s growing Muslim community. As a result of well-established educational needs in the Muslim community, MEF approached the principal at the Argyll Centre for Home Education in 2006 for support in developing a program of education based on the vision described below. Sakinah Circle started as an alternative pilot in 2007…

Educational Plan

At the current time, the Sakinah Circle day pilot consists of 46 students in a community of learners from kindergarten to grade four. Two classes (K–1 and grades 2, 3, and 4) are facilitated by two teachers with a shared classroom assistant. The Qur’an instructor assists with the development of the Islamic principles through daily interactions with the students and teachers. Parents are an integral part of the program.

The MEF official site introduces us to several personalities, who supervise the school. The structure of the learning process follows the book Concentric Circles: Nurturing Awe and Wonder in Early Childhood by Elma Ruth Harder (written in consultation with Muzaffar Iqbal). The purpose of the book is to “provide an Islamic approach to learning”.

As its theoretical background, MEF lists a short book titled WHY MUSLIM EDUCATION FOUNDATION? by Muzaffar Iqbal.

There is also an MEF Advisory Board, which includes Dr. Zafar Ishaq Ansari, Shaykh Ramzy Ajem, Shaykh Zahir Bacchus, and Shaykh Abdullah Idris Ali (a.k.a. Sheikh Abdalla Idris Ali).

According to the information about Muzaffar Iqbal (a Canadian of Pakistani background), he is simultaneously a chemistry scientist and a Muslim scholar. Daniel Pipes has extensive information about him, which is worth reading, if you want to understand the true intentions of that “scholar”.

In 2002 Iqbal was questioned by the US immigration authorities at the Toronto airport. To avoid further scrutiny, he decided not to enter the USA. Iqbal is known for his hostility against the USA, he thinks that they have imperial ambitions in collaboration with Israel and Great Britain. He wrote on that issue in one of his articles:

They [the new rulers of the USA] emerged in the post-Reagan era from various think tanks and policy study institutes and have gathered around a certain vision for America in which Israel looms large. Most of these neo-colonists have ties with the Zionist state. They all are interventionists with a strong and aggressive language that advocates use of overwhelming force and pre-emptive strikes. There is also a strong tendency toward the use of religious language: “a struggle between good and evil”, “the moment of truth” and the “day of reckoning”.

He is also author of a hostile “letter” to President George W. Bush, in which he wrote:

Let me assure you, Mr. President, American peanut butter tastes so good that our Afghan children became so keen to pick up the food packages that they could not even distinguish between the food packages and thousands of canister bombs that your B-52 bombers left behind in their wasteland. But, of course, it was their bad luck; we will just add them to the list of collateral damage. That way, we will not have to go through the tedious ritual of calculating the number of dead.

The article about Shaykh Abdullah Idris Ali on the MEF site states that he is “an educator, thinker, scholar and past president of ISNA (from 1992-1997). He co-organized the Canadian Islamic Banking Conferences for 1996 and 1997. Sh. Ali serves as a member on the Board of Trustees for the Islamic Teaching Center (ITC) and North American Islamic Trust.”

Hate sheikh featured speaker at upcoming Sunrise Academy fundraiser

…The fundraising event this coming Sunday, December 9th, is scheduled to be held at the University Plaza Hotel (flyer below). Abdalla Idris Ali is best known as the former President of the Muslim Brotherhood front group, the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA), and his virulently anti-Jewish and anti-Christian website, Islamicity.com. The website also features videos of extremist speakers, including multiple videos by a US government designated global terrorist and al-Qaeda cleric, in addition to promoting violent interpretations of jihad.

Ali’s presidential tenure of ISNA from 1992–1997 marked one of the most radical periods of the organization’s existence. In 1995 under Ali’s oversight ISNA established a defense fund for HAMAS terrorist leader Musa abu Marzook. Reporters for the St. Petersburg Times examining
the organization have described ISNA as “the main clearinghouse for Wahhabism in the US” and say that the group is funded by the Saudi government.

Shaykh Zahir Bacchus is a leading figure in the Lote Tree Foundation, Brampton, which promotes Halal food.

With people like these behind MEF, it’s no wonder that Sakinah Circle would be shaped to reflect the vision of radical Islamism. In his booklet WHY MUSLIM EDUCATION FOUNDATION? – included in the site, Iqbal states immediately that the West is a bad environment for Muslim children and how that should be changed:

[p.10] Every Muslim parent knows that children living in the West have been deprived of the spiritual, moral, cultural, and institutional ambience that through history has nurtured the young in their tender years in traditional Muslim lands; even today, and given a rapid erosion of values, the moral code that has become the acceptable norm of the West is not sanctioned by traditional societies where individual cases of transgression are looked upon as sins. The absence of this moral shield is, however, merely one of many aspects of deprivation that
Muslim children face in the West; there are other, more subtle but equally important, deprivations— even the sound of the Ádhan, that refreshing reorientation toward the Creator which permeates the Muslim space and resonates five times a day, is absent in the West. Then there is the elaborate infrastructure that has evolved over centuries and that helps children to mature with an Islamic worldview.

One may wonder if Muslims miss all of the things described above, why they even moved to the West. All the elements of the “moral shield” of Islam are abundant in Saudi Arabia and Afghanistan.

To compensate for what is lacking here, Iqbal provides the principles for Islamic indoctrination in schools:

[p.13] PRINCIPLES FOR DEVELOPMENT OF AN ISLAMIC CURRICULA

The fundamental principles that would govern the development ofa truly Islamic curricula demand that this be a comprehensive curricula,
covering all subjects and all grade levels. This is so because merely appending Islamic studies to existing curricula would not serve the purpose: textbooks of chemistry, geology, and mathematics need to reflect the Islamic worldview as much as those of history and sociology. True, the Canadian Muslim communities of each province will need to modify this basic curriculum to meet the local standards and requirements of the province, but there is sufficient ground to assume that at least a foundational countrywide curriculum can be developed
that would serve the needs of all Muslims living in Canada and that would require only slight modifications to meet the different provincial standards.

This is a call for a total transformation of the public school curriculum to reflect the demands of the Muslim fanaticism. Further on in the document he goes into great details about how to inject Islamic worldview in chemistry. He gives an example with the water molecule and how it expresses Allah. Hint – Allah created everything out of water and he personally arranged the structure of the molecule.

Then Iqbal concludes:

All of these missing elements in the standard chemistry textbook deprive Muslim students the opportunity to slowly root their spiritual, intellectual, and emotional beings in various dimensions of Islamic tradition. This is only one example out of countless that can be produced in all branches of knowledge. The purpose of a distinctively Islamic curricula would be to incorporate all aspects of the vision of Islam into the very texts that students would use, in a manner that is subtle, elegant, reflective, and rooted in solid scholarship.

 

That’s nothing more and nothing less than total destruction of the scientific knowledge in the school environment under Islamic influence.

The Muslim public was involved in the practical steps to establish the Sakinah Circle School – a campaign was organized in Facebook:

Within a very short amount of time, with the blessings of Almightly Allah, we have become a strong pilot program. Now, we are at a point where the school board needs to decide the next phase for Sakinah Circle. They need to determine if there is a need and a demand for Sakinah Circle in the community to make their decision. This is where each one of us can help. We can all write a letter of support for Sakinah Circle to the Director of Programs at Edmonton Public Schools-Ms. Gloria Chalmers. We can each write about why and how we are part of Sakinah Circle. Each parent should submit their own letter as well as other family, friends and acquaintances who support Sakinah Circle.

In total agreement with the guidance of the advisory board, even the job recruitment ads for teachers reflected the demand for extreme Islamic indoctrination:

6. Be an inspiring role model of Islamic etiquette for all members of the Sakinah Family.
7. Be an active member in the growth and development of Sakinah Circle.

Although we realize that true knowledge of the following qualities is with  Allah, *The Ideal Candidate for this position*:

1. Has a supreme love for Allah and His Messenger (peace and blessings of The All-Mighty be upon him);
2. Has demonstrated a continuing commitment to serving Allah and His messenger, (Allah bless him and grant him peace);
3. Has a mastery of Tajweed;
4. Is fluent in proper English and classical Arabic;
5. Has demonstrated an understanding and commitment to the foundations and principles of Sakinah Circle;
6. Is committed to establishing sound Islamic institutions within North America;
7. Has studied most areas of individually obligatory Islamic Knowledge (Fard Ain)
8. Has the ability to motivate, inspire and interact meaningfully with the young children attending Sakinah Circle.
9. Is a team player who envisions the Sakinah Circle vision coming into reality through success from Allah alone.
10. Has experience teaching young children within a North American context

I don’t think that any comments are necessary. The teachers who could work for Sahinah Circle are supposed to be true Soldiers of Allah, dedicated to the Muslim and spreading Islamism within North America.

I am sure that after I listed all those facts, many of my “progressive” friends would still ask: “So? What’s the problem? Alberta is providing support for the rich multicultural mosaic.” Since they live in their own delusional world, they are right and any arguments with them would be meaningless.

My conclusion is for those who still are willing to think. Yes, Sakinah Circle is a big problem, because it poisons the minds of young children (the students range from kindergarten to Grade 6). They are locked in a twisted world, where the country they live in is presented as a hostile and sinful environment. That is backed up by the activities and writing of those “scholars” who control the school.

The minds of those kids will be manipulated in ways we would never fully know. Iqbal and the people around him would transfer their bitterness and hostility into those minds, thus creating even more bitter people, who will hate Canada and have no intention to integrate. The only result would be even more “multicultural” fragmentation of our society, with the inevitable tensions and hostilities.

I am not sure if that was the final goal of Alberta’s government, but that would be the practical result they’ll achieve.

Turning things like that around would be difficult.

Two weeks ago, Haroon Siddiqui, Toronto Star’s resident Islamist, wrote an article about tolerance on the issue of Muslim prayers in a Toronto school.]

In the end he described how Thorncliffe Park (where the school is) is the number one destination for immigrants from South Asia (i.e. it is turning into a Muslim ghetto). The area is going through a transformation supported by mosques. His last sentence is:

“These folks deserve bouquets, not the brickbats being thrown at them by bigots who don’t live in the area — outside agitators disturbing the local peace.”

Translated from Islamese, that means: “Leave our Muslim ghetto alone, no kaffir should tells us what to do.”

Unfortunately, we can’t leave you alone. This country is prosperous, because it has been built upon certain principles that ensure progress and tolerance.

Thinking that you can impose a medieval cult on the Canadians and expect the same progress is either naïve or sinister, depending on your position.

We shouldn’t allow our tax money to be used by our government to finance our self-destruction.

The answer is yes. No matter what Britney does, she usually keeps her mind occupied with her music career or the messed up relationships she gets involved in. She has just enough smarts to stay away from the planet-saving business.

On the other hand, Daryl Hannah is heavily involved in every imaginable environmental scam. I have no idea whether she believes in that garbage or her activism is just a desperate attempt to save her dying movie career.

Whatever the reason, as soon as she opens her mouth, her limited mental abilities make a total mockery of her cause. After being arrested Washington, D.C., while protesting the construction of an oil pipeline from Canada, she appeared last night on FOX to defend the protesters. What a great opportunity to teach that right-winger Bill O’Reilly a lesson about true environmentalism!

Yet all she could deliver was an incoherent rambling about renewable energy sources (that still don’t exist). And then she revealed than there was a WHOLE TOWN in the USA, which relied on wind for its electric supply.

Maybe she still lives in that imaginary Greek world with plenty of sun and people who don’t work (do you remember Summer Lovers? But even the Greeks went broke with that nature-compliant lifestyle.

All that idiots like Hannah bring to the USA is misery and more money in the pockets of the Saudi barbarians, whose favourite pastime is wife-beating and beheading foreigners.

Her fake heroism got good coverage on American Thinker:

On Tuesday Daryl Hannah was arrested near the White House while protesting possible approval of the Keystone XL oil pipeline. The Keystone XL project is designed to carry large quantities of oil from Canadian oil sands to refineries on the U.S. Gulf Coast. As such, the Keystone XL project is one of the most important steps America can take toward energy security. That seems like good reason to approve the pipeline, but environmentalists like Ms. Hannah are determined to block it.
