Earlier today I went to see the raising of the gay flag at the Toronto City Hall, which marks the beginning of the gay pride week. The cheerful lefty councillors managed to drag into the event the not-so-excited Ford brothers. Her Royal Dykeness Kathleen Wynne attended as well, displaying the enthusiasm of an Edith Prickley on steroids.
They even brought a whole kindergarten class to listen to speeches about how the trannies in Argentina managed to get gender change in documents without sex change operation. I am still going through the photos and the video footage to prepare a full coverage. However, I am writing this post to express my outrage of something that happened at the event.
Among the attendees I saw a weird man dressed in an outfit, which looked like a hybrid between a nun habit and the robe of an Orthodox Patriarch. There was even a parody of an Orthodox icon hanging from his neck. As an Orthodox Christian I found that extremely offensive.
I know that most of the homosexual events turn into freak shows, but this was supposed to be an official event with city and provincial politicians attending, along with the cream of the crop of the homosexual elite.
That weirdo walked around and it was impossible to miss him. The City TV crew even interviewed him. Yet neither Premier Wynne, nor Mayor Ford, nor the other politicians who saw him had problems with him mocking the religion of hundreds of millions of people.
I know that now it is illegal to criticize the homosexuals in Canada (as Bill Whatcott found out after spending thousands of dollars defending his point of view). But I can’t ignore that either – if a pervert can offend Christians with impunity, I can’t keep quiet, regardless of what happens to me.
The Christians are fair game for abuse and ridicule. Unlike the Muslims, they don’t cut off heads. Can you imagine what would’ve happened if that guy was dressed in a Muslims outfit? He would’ve been arrested right away under the applause of all politicians present at the event.
Shame on all politicians, who watched that without a peep.
If the homosexual week starts with such kind of an official event, I can imagine what the rest of it would be.
