The crowd gathered in front of the Israeli Consulate in Toronto, carrying Canadian, Israeli and JDL flags and candles. The event opened with a speech by Meir Weinstein, National Director of JDL-Canada, in which he outlined the security problems that Israel faces and emphasized the difficulties of dealing with the Arabs, whose leadership openly supports terrorism.
