Wishing Happy 4th of July to All American Readers!

 

It’s not easy to be a conservative blogger in North America. You have to put up with the obnoxious mass media, which are under a predominantly leftist control. You also have to suffer confrontations with the weird leftists themselves, who are more than willing to express their hatred for you in the open.

Whatever you say about those problems, they still fall under the realm of free speech and are a part of the healthy discussions that move our society forward.

However, from time to time we encounter such outrageous people and situations that you keep wondering if we live in some emerging communist tyranny. The experience is usually traumatic and difficult to go through.

That’s exactly what the conservative bloggers Aaron Worthing and Robert Stacy McCain (from Maryland) and Patrick Frey who runs Patterico’s Pontifications (from California) have been through for almost a year.

The person who put them through the ordeal was Brett Kimberlin, a convicted terrorist, drug dealer and generally a very unpleasant human being. He went against the bloggers, because they published information about his criminal past.

In the 1970’s he was a small-time drug dealer in Indiana. After suspicions of involvement in the murder of an elderly women (for which the authorities could not collect enough evidence), Kimberlin exploded eight bombs in the town of Speedway (Indiana).

Nobody was killed immediately, but one of the explosions maimed badly a Vietnam War veteran, blowing off his leg. As a result of his suffering, the man eventually committed suicide. This time it wasn’t difficult to link that low-life creature to the terrorist act.

Kimberlin was convicted and sentenced to 50 years of prison. Of course, he didn’t serve the whole sentence and was out in the early 2000’s.

After he left prison he decided to start another racket by becoming a progressive activist. He founded a group named Velvet Revolution, which quickly established itself as a darling of the high-income leftists. As a typical conman, Kimberlin dealt with his opponents by harassing them. He was very inventive and his tools included filing false charges in courts that needed costly and time-consuming process to be resolved.

In the case of Worthing and McCain, he disrupted their workplaces, threatening the employers (and even managed to fire one of them). He treated Frey even worse, by falsely reporting murder on 911, which brought the SWAT team to his house and the whole family was traumatized and humiliated.

As bad as those tactics are, one should not forget that you can’t expect anything else from somebody who hasn’t done a day of honest work in his life.

The much more disturbing thing is that the terrorist’s organization is getting generous donations from numerous leftist foundations. His scammy groups, established since his release from prison, have received more than $1.5 million in grant support. Kimberlin counts among his most generous donors the Tides Foundation, Streisand Foundation and Heinz Foundation.

It’s no wonder that you find here the long arm of Soros, through his Tides Foundation. The man, who has built his fortune by causing misery with his currency speculation, has never found a sinister cause he doesn’t like. From that point of view, Soros and Kimberlin are a natural match.

Barbra Streisand might not be that evil, but she is the type of a useful idiot, who by the nature of her natural stupidity can be easily talked into supporting any murderous cause, if it’s coated with a revolutionary cover.

An interesting tidbit of information about those donations came today from Breitbart. The staff contacted some of the donors and they acted surprised stating that they never knew their money was going to Kimberlin.

What else did you expect? For the lefties lies and deceptions are a natural way of life.

This is not just about Kimberlin and his unfortunate victims. The whole case is a symptom of the corruption that runs deeply in the social structure of the United States. From the Muslim-in-Chief Barry Obama, who still can’t decide where he was born, through his trusty sidekick Eric Holder, who can’t find “courage” to deal with the racist criminals from the “New Black Panthers” party, to the lowest stinky “Occupy Wall Street” hippy, they all think that they should impose their delusions on everybody.

How much longer could we wait? Let’s start exposing and removing that scum one piece at a time, starting with Kimberlin…

I have said a few times in previous posts that one of the most entertaining features of our Western societies is to watch special groups trying to “outentitle” each other.

A recent example of that is the decision of the Cherokee Indians (the second-largest tribe in the USA) to expel the descendents of their black slaves, who moved with them to what’s now Oklahoma in 1838.

I don’t know whether the reason for that were the black flash mobs or the Indians’ reluctance to share the huge revenue from the Indian casinos. Without any doubt, the most interesting and shocking fact revealed in the article was that the Cherokees owned slaves.

When studying US history or watching historical movies, we are led to believe that the Indians were noble men and women, with ethics and organization far exceeding those of the white people. Yet it turns out they weren’t any better – they owned plantations and used black slaves to work for them.

Ain’t that great? The Indians were no different than the white people in the way they got their income. They even used the black slaves to carry their stuff on the way to Oklahoma. I wonder what idiots like Ward Churchill, who built their careers on making white people guilty, are going to say about the situation.

The article quotes Marilyn Vann, the leader of the expelled “Freedmen”, who said: “This is racism and apartheid in the 21st Century.”

This is by far the funniest part of the article – apparently, Ms. Vann forgot that according to the politically correct orthodoxy, only white people can be racist. The Indians can treat blacks like garbage (as they do in this case) and they can get away with it, while white people will be chased and robbed blind for even the smallest perceived transgression.

But in this situation, which involves two groups fighting for larger handouts, it’s really entertaining to watch from the side…

I posted my opinion about Joe Biden charging Secret Services rent to protect him just a few hours ago. I qualified it as a moral low, but now we have a competitor to that.

I just found out that Obama’s pitbull Eric Holder (remember him? he refused to prosecute the New Balck Panthers for voting intimidation) has threatened several US banks that they discriminate against minorities (mostly black of course).

He is upset that people with no jobs, no credit, and perspectives have been discriminated against when applying for a mortgage. Now he says that the banks “must apply more flexible underwriting standards”. Translation: give all those bums the money they want so that they would vote for my master Barry, if anything goes wrong, just eat the loss.

Those rules are supposed to apply when the banks are lending money to bums from the proverbial “inner cities”.

Didin’t exactly the same situation cause the financial catastrophe a few years ago?

Yes, the agenda of Barry and his friends Jeremiah Wright, Jesse Jackson, and Al Sharpton is more than clear.

Would you like to give him the option to impose it on you for another four years?

 

The Obama gang has been robbing the USA long enough to convince even the most cynical people that they have seen the full depth of their moral depravity. Yet that merry bunch of social engineers always manages to fall to a new moral low.

Case in point – during the heated debates over the debt, part of which was the demand that the rich pay their fair share in taxes, it was reported that the Vice President Joe Biden is collecting rent from the Secret Service, which has the duty to protect him and his family. He let them use a house on his estate and is charging them $2,200 per month.

According to the report, Edwin M. Donovan, a special agent in charge in Secret Service, states that the situation is unique – no other protectee has asked them to pay rent.

Yet they agreed to pay the rent in order to be closer to the Biden family, if they need immediate protection.

I said in the title that Biden was a scumbag. He is much worse than that – he is a disgusting creature with no moral values.

Can you imagine charging rent to people who are going to die protecting the lives of your family? And of course the rent must be paid from the taxes collected from the ordinary Americans.

That’s a double charge to the taxpayer and apparently Biden is OK with that as long as he can make a few extra bucks.

Long time ago Hegel said that every nation has the government it deserves.

What’s going on in the USA?

It looks like the minorities under Barack Hussein Obama are more and more inclined to sue to get money instead of putting in some effort to earn it.

Today we have the case of Kimberley Wimberley from Arkansas. As a side note, her name rhymes in a funny way, which would make a few good jokes, but as a white man I’d be condemned as racists, if I joke. I remember several years ago Deepak Chopra appearing on a Canadian late night show, where he joked that if Oprah Winfrey marries him, her name would be Oprah Chopra. Apparently, Hindus are some of the few people left, who can still laugh.

Kimberley was a black high school student from a small Arkansas town. She graduated with high scores and was chosen to be a valedictorian at graduation. However, she was assigned a white “co-valedictorian” by the school management.

Kimberley’s beef with the school is that she should have done everything alone, while the school claims they added the other girl because she had more school credits. That is true, because Kimberley missed several weeks of school to give birth to her daughter.

Her mother, who is a “certified media specialist” (what the hell is that?) at the school snooped at the staff conversations in the copy room and discovered racist concerns.

Long time ago, there was that black guy named Martin Luther King, Jr., who had the dream that all children, regardless of race, would work on their own betterment to help others. When he got killed, the dream was killed with him.

Two small-time crooks named Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton replaced him. They also had a dream – sue every white person and government institution in sight until you make them feel guilty, so that they would give you all the money you want. Unlike Dr. King’s dream, Reverend Al’s dream is very successfully implemented. Everybody who opposes it, like Bill Cosby, is ostracized and branded Uncle Tom (if black) or racist (if white).

Kimberley turned out to be a very worthy follower of Al and Jesse’s little scam. Instead of laughing off the “incident” and choosing Dr. King’s way of self-improvement, she decided to sue the pants off of her little and poor school (the town has 5,000 inhabitants and is located in the Mississippi Delta).

“All” that the crafty girl wants from her school and town is $75,000.

What a great way for a young black racist to start her life. Barry and his gang would definitely notice her zeal and make use of it. Of course, she may not be
employed in the White House, because most likely he’ll be out of that building next year, but community activism is nothing to sneeze at either.

I am happy for her.

I have to ask just one question. She was the smartest girl in her school (according to her opinion) and her mother was a “certified media specialist” (whatever the heck that means) and not some crackhead. Kimberley herself majors in biology and plans to become a medical doctor.

So the question is: if she knows so much about medicine, then why isn’t she aware of a little device called condom? Or any other of the myriad of other contraceptives?

No matter how smart she thinks she is, she acted exactly like any other ghetto girl, giving birth to a baby, for whom either her family or the government is
supposed to take care while she goes through with her studies.

Actually, there is nothing to worry about – with her legal experience, she will easily find something, for which to sue the medical school (like being forced to
dissect a white corpse, for example).

God bless Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton – they will fuel the litigious passion in girls like Kimberley until the USA goes totally bankrupt.

A lesbian couple complained about discrimination after visiting the Dollywood amusement park in Nashville, Tennessee. One of them was wearing a t-shirt with the message “Marriage is so gay”. Since the park is visited by many families with children, she was asked to reverse the shirt when entering the park.

They demanded the park to become “more inclusive of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender families”. As usual, the gays are demanding that everybody comply with their peculiar lifestyle without any consideration about the feelings of the ordinary heterosexual families with children. They have the license to offend and ridicule everybody, but if any person or institution even slightly criticizes them, they’ll be hit with a hefty lawsuit.

We live in weird times…

The dairy state is under siege. The attempts of the new government to do something to reduce the huge deficit are met with hostility by the public unions.

The proposal to reduce the unions’ collective bargaining power (i.e. their extortionist ability) and limit their power of getting mandatory fees from every worker are met with outrage. Even more outrageous they consider the request to pay part of their pension and health care contributions.

The government buildings in Madison are surrounded by demonstrators, who although teachers, hold posters and yell slogans more worthy of deep woods hillbillies. They don’t even go to work, but use sick leaves (on false grounds) to demonstrate against the government and get paid at the same time.

14 of the Wisconsin state legislators, all democrats, have left the state trying to prevent the voting on the new proposals. That, of course, doesn’t prevent them from getting their pay checks. Like good urban guerrillas they are hiding so well that even the state troopers can’t find them.

All this is such a great illustration of what cancerous formation the public unions are. Even at times when the USA is nearly bankrupt and Barry Obama is bending over even more to accommodate his masters from China and Saudi Arabia, the only ones still willing to lend money for his socialism, the unions continue to live in their bubble.

A curious argument they use is that the $3.6 billion Wisconsin deficit is not their fault and they shouldn’t be forced to pay for it. The main thing that public employees fail to notice is that they don’t produce anything. They provide services for which they are paid by the taxpayers. Read the rest of this entry »

Rush Limbaugh is in hot water again. This time the reason was his impersonation of the Chinese President Hu Jintao.

He made fun of the speech Hu delivered during his last visit to the White House. Commenting on some mishaps in the transmission, Rush said:  “He was speaking and they weren’t translating. They normally translate every couple of words. Hu Jintao was just going ching chong, ching chong cha.” After that he delivered a 20-second-long impression of the Chinese president’s way of talking.

That was it. The worst thing you can say about the impression is that Rush Limbaugh is a hack compared to Frank Caliendo or Dana Carvey. He is not the best impersonator in the world.

However, as with almost everything he says, the most astonishing result was the reaction, which he caused.

The lefty politicians didn’t miss the opportunity to strangle him. A California state senator of Chinese origin named Leland Yee (a Democrat) immediately let us know how appalling Rush’s comedy was. In an interview he said: “The comments that he made — the mimicking of the Chinese language — harkens back to when I was a little boy growing up in San Francisco and those were hard days, rather insensitive days. You think you’ve arrived and all of a sudden get shot back to the reality that you’re a second-class citizen.”

I admire the ability of the Left to turn a simple joke into a hate crime of apocalyptic proportions. How in the world can a Chinese impression make you a second-class citizen? So because the senator can’t deal with humour, we should ban it. It’s no wonder, humour is the first casualty of the inquisition funded by the political correctness.

But the senator didn’t stop at baring his sensitive soul to the world. He had a better trick up his sleeve. He started a campaign to convince advertisers to pull their support from Rush Limbaugh’s show. That is a vicious and pathetic attempt to silence free speech, but among the lefties it is a perfectly acceptable way to impose their policies.

If the senator hasn’t been living under a rock for the last few years, he should know that the comedy, which mocks the way people speak, is ubiquitous. Just ask the comedians who made a living from impersonating Bill Clinton and George W. Bush.  Saturday Night Live had its share of mocking Chinese leaders. And let’s not forget what Mad TV’s Bobby Lee made out of Kim Jong Il’s manner of speaking. Read the rest of this entry »

The recent tragedy in Tucson, Arizona, where a lefty pothead shot and killed several people and wounded the Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords, was marked by Obama and his administration at a special event in the city.

One may think that this was a nice gesture of respect for the victims, but in reality it was a slightly subdued continuation of Obama’s partisan politics. Let’s not forget that immediately after the shooting the Left began a smear campaign blaming conservatives for it. Their simple logic was that if a Democratic Congresswoman has been shot, the killer must have been inspired by Rush Limbaugh and Sarah Palin.

When the real facts about the perpetrator emerged, the Left grudgingly reduced the number of accusations.  So the event in Tucson was supposed to unite people, but the things didn’t work that way.

First of all, it took place at the University of Arizona, where most of the audience were college kids. In the good traditions of the Democratic Party all of them wore blue t-shirts so that nobody may forget who is in charge.

The university president set from the very beginning a tone of behaviour suitable more for a sporting event. The college kids were cheering and shouting all the time, as if they were at a basketball game. The only thing missing was a cheerleading squad behind the speakers and girls with short skirts and trays selling beer and snacks. Read the rest of this entry »

On December 10 Brian Mitchell, the despicable psychopath who kidnapped and sexually abused the 14-year old Elizabeth Smart for nearly a year, was convicted on all charges.

 I remember very well how everybody was cheering when they found her alive. According to the past experience of similar cases, such an outcome was nearly impossible statistically. The vast majority of girls kidnapped in such a way have ended up dead. It turned out that the police was close to getting her several times. In one of the cases the officer wasn’t able to see her veiled face because Mitchell told him that it was against their religion (thank you Muslim fanatics for that!).

It is also great that Mitchell, who tried to go with the insanity defense, was seen by the jury for what he was – a cunning and manipulative creature who was able to face justice. It is well known that psychopathic behaviour, where you apply some odd standards on other people doesn’t equal insanity. Of course, the lefties who think that everybody who has committed a crime is a lovable victim of long chain of capitalist injustices were disappointed with the verdict, but, hey, what can you do? They wouldn’t be lefties if they didn’t think that way.

The major issue here lies with her father (in my opinion). That problem has never been discussed, allegedly out of respect to the family’s ordeal. Read the rest of this entry »

Press Trust of India reports that the United States  will be spending the mind-blowing sum of $200 million per day on President Barack Obama’s visit to Mumbai, India.

That huge amount will be spent on security, stay and other aspects of Barry’s visit. It’s a remarkable achievement for the guy, who came to power with the promise to redistribute wealth and give dignity to the poorest of the poor.

It is hard to imagine how many years the American workers will spend to pay back the money borrowed from the Chinese for his trip to India. That definitely eclipses Michelle’s rendezvous to Spain.

About 3,000 people of his entourage, including Secret Service agents, US government officials and journalists will be with him. The spending has already started, because numerous officials from the White House and US security agencies have already arrived a week ago with helicopters, a ship and high-end security instruments.

Hey, Barry, what about the carbon footprint of your buddies and your staff? Who is going to pay the tax on that? What a stupid question! Of course, the people who work will pay as always…

Don’t you feel bad that Obama is not on the ballots tonight?

In the few remaining days before the mid-term elections next week, there is not much to do to help Obama’s camp other than to rely on stunts that are far beyond reason.

Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert’s “Rally to Restore Sanity” brought together two people who I would’ve never though I would see on the same stage – the washed-up Satanic guy Ozzy Osbourne and the washed-up terror worshipper Cat Stevens, a.k.a. Yusuf Islam.

Well, for Ozzie Satanism has always been a prop to help his gigs and let him sell more records.

For Cat Stevens, supporting Muslim terrorism has always been the meaning of his life (at least after his conversion). I wonder if Jon Stewart and Stephen Colbert have already forgotten that after Homeini the Psychopath sentenced Salman Rushdie to death (for his book Satanic Verses), Cat Steven fully supported his fatwa and said that death is what you get for blasphemy against Islam.

It’s hard to believe that a pious Muslim like Yusuf Islam would appear onstage with such a horrible creature like Ozzy (although the opposite is true), but anything goes when you try to support the “Annointed One” when he is on the verge of the biggest Democratic loss in years.

Yes, nobody appreciates anymore Barack Hussein Obama, so maybe the joint forces of Satanism and Islamism would help him.

When I though I had seen everything concerning the arrogance and insensitivity of (some?) Muslims,  I found something that surpassed my worst impressions.

It happened thanks to an “outstanding” company named Zabrina’s, which according to its website sells  “Traditional Clothes and other Fine Goods from Afghanistan, Pakistan, Central Asia, as well Iraq and other Middle Eastern countries.”

The company is called Zarina’s. A look at their catalog shows that the “fine goods” they promote are ugly, cheap-looking Muslim-themed junk, which is far below kitsch level. The message of some of it could be easily interpreted as hate speech, but since they are located in California, I guess they can get away with it under the First Amendmend (of course, Christians are not entitled to the same protection). On Wednesday, October 21, Juan Williams was fired from his job as a political commentator at the National Public Radio (NPB). They did that to him to express their condemnation for a short comment he made on Fox News on Monday night (he works as a commentator for that network as well).

This is exactly what he said (talking to Bill O’Reilly):

“I mean, look, Bill, I’m not a bigot…But when I get on a plane, I got to tell you, if I see people who are in Muslim garb and I think, you know, they’re identifying themselves first and foremost as Muslims, I get worried. I get nervous”

He was informed that his comments were not consistent with the views of NPB. After that the woman who rules NPB (Schiller) went as far as to state publicly that opinions of this sort should be kept between him and his psychiatrist.

Almost everybody who has seen Williams on Fox can attest to the fact that he is a likable and thoughtful person. Some of his opinions are much more to the left than I can bear, but he is entitled to them and he definitely doesn’t need a psychiatrist. Read the rest of this entry »

A Muslim woman, who works for Disney is suing the company, because it wouldn’t allow her to wear hijab at work. Her position is restaurant hostess at the Storyteller’s Café in the Grand Californian Hotel in Downtown Disney. CAIR (Council on American-Islamic Relations) has been heavily involved in the case and has organized demonstration at Disney with a whole platoon of hijab-covered women. Associate Press reported that on Tuesday, August 11, a man wearing a burka robbed a TD Bank branch located in Silver Spring, MD.

He entered the branch shortly after 4 p.m. His face was covered with long black burka. The intruder showed a gun and demanded money, speaking with what the police described as “a Middle Eastern accent.”

When he got his money, he left in a silver car, most likely a Chevrolet.

As of now, he still has not been caught.

Who could have thought that somebody in a burka could rob a bank?????

It was reported three days ago that most of the oil spilled in the Mexican Gulf after the BP disaster miraculously disappeared. Actually, it wasn’t a miracle. Everything happened for perfectly natural reasons.

For starters, there were over 4,000 ships that were involved in the skimming operations, trying to collect as much oil as possible. However, they were not the major contributors to the solution. Read the rest of this entry »

After several months spent in detention and under house arrest in Switzerland, Roman Polanski was released. The Swiss government refused to extradite him to the USA. This ended the long hunt for the famous film director, which the US authorities started 32 years ago. Hopefully that will close the bizarre case, which has been dragged for such a long time.

In 1977 Polanski was accused of raping the then 13-year old Samantha Geimer in the house of Jack Nicholson in Los Angeles. The director was alone with her for a photo shoot. For the record, there is no doubt that what he did was horrible, inexcusable and despicable. However, the way the US authorities treated this case made everything look really strange.
